Terms of Service

1. Merchant identification

MD Media 25 EOOD is the trader and service provider of the LumenPanda platform (the “Service”). Legal form: EOOD (limited liability company) incorporated in the Republic of Bulgaria.

Prices are displayed and charged in euro (EUR). Displayed prices include VAT (20%), and the final amount is shown before payment. A printable receipt is available for each successful card payment.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing LumenPanda, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform or complete a payment.

3. Description of Service

LumenPanda is an online studio for AI-powered image generation/editing and text-to-video. You may buy points as a guest (without creating an account first) or after registering. Points are a prepaid unit used to run generations. We offer one-time point packs. Digital content is delivered electronically in your LumenPanda account immediately after the payment provider confirms a successful charge.

4. Payment methods and processing

Accepted payment instruments: Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards, processed by our licensed payment provider over a secure connection. We do not store full card numbers, expiry dates, or CVC codes. Only limited metadata (for example last four digits and card brand) may be retained for receipts, fraud prevention, and support.

The charge is in EUR. Your card issuer may apply a currency conversion or cash-advance fee; those fees are outside our control. Payment is due at the time you submit checkout. Points are added only after the provider reports a successful (completed) payment.

5. Point purchases and delivery

Point packs are delivered electronically to the account immediately after successful payment. There are no delivery or shipping fees. Unused purchased points do not expire. Used points cannot be restored except where mandatory law requires otherwise.

6. Right of withdrawal (EU / Bulgaria)

If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract. LumenPanda supplies digital content that is not supplied on a tangible medium (points that unlock immediate generation). By ticking the checkout confirmation and paying, you expressly request that we begin performance immediately and acknowledge that you lose the 14-day withdrawal right once the digital content has been supplied — that is, once points have been added to your account after successful payment, in accordance with Art. 50 of the Bulgarian Consumer Protection Act and Directive 2011/83/EU.

If points have not yet been delivered (payment pending, declined, or cancelled), no contract for supply has been completed and no charge should remain. Contact support@lumenpanda.com if a pending payment needs to be traced.

7. Refund Policy

Unused points can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, subject to a fair-use review, as set out in the Refund Policy. Points already used for image or video generations are not refunded, except where mandatory law requires otherwise. To request a refund, email support@lumenpanda.com from the purchase email with your account email, the transaction ID or purchase date, the amount and the reason. Approved refunds are returned to the original card in the original currency within 14 days of our decision. A chargeback should be a last resort after you contact us. We review the payment with our provider and cooperate with the card acquirer. Filing a chargeback without contacting us first may delay the resolution and can lead to suspension of the account while the dispute is open.

8. Complaints and dispute resolution

Complaints about the Service, a payment, or these terms may be sent to support@lumenpanda.com. We aim to respond within 14 days. You may also file a complaint with the Commission for Consumer Protection of the Republic of Bulgaria (Комисия за защита на потребителите): 4A Slaveykov Square, 1000 Sofia, Bulgaria; website https://kzp.bg; phone 0700 111 22.

The European Commission Online Dispute Resolution platform closed in 2025, so we do not link to it. We are not obliged to use a specific alternative-dispute-resolution entity unless required by law. Complaints can be sent to us and to the Commission for Consumer Protection as described above.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use LumenPanda only for lawful purposes. You must not generate content that is defamatory, obscene, or illegal; infringing of third-party intellectual property; used for harassment, fraud, or deception; or in violation of any applicable laws. We may suspend access in breach of this policy without prior notice where reasonably necessary.

10. Intellectual Property & Commercial Licence

You retain ownership of original prompts and reference images you upload. Point purchases include a commercial licence for generated images — you may use them in client projects, advertising, and commercial products. We do not claim ownership of your generated images. LumenPanda’s platform, brand, and underlying technology remain the property of MD Media 25 EOOD.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

LumenPanda is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise. We make no guarantee that the platform will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that generated output will meet a particular brief. AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or inaccurate results.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MD Media 25 EOOD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of LumenPanda. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under Bulgarian or EU law. Subject to that, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for points in the 90 days preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of LumenPanda after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated terms, except where mandatory law requires your explicit consent.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria and applicable European Union law. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain available. Disputes that are not resolved amicably may be brought before the competent courts of Bulgaria, without prejudice to a consumer’s right to sue in their place of residence where that right cannot be waived.

15. Cancellation and termination

You may stop using the Service and request account closure through support. We may terminate access for unlawful use, breach, fraud or a security risk. Unused points are handled under the Refund Policy and mandatory law.

16. Failed payment or delivery

No points are delivered for a declined payment. If confirmed payment is not delivered, we will deliver the points or refund the payment. Unpaid amounts may result in suspension of paid functionality.

17. Delivery and costs

Points are delivered electronically to the customer account immediately after payment confirmation. No physical goods are shipped and there is no delivery fee.

18. Restricted jurisdictions

The Service is unavailable where providing it or accepting payment would breach sanctions, export controls or payment-provider restrictions.

19. No subscriptions

We sell one-time point packs only. There is no auto-billed free trial, recurring charge or automatic renewal.
